As a guide, our starting prices are £60/hour for 1 man and a van, £90/hour for 2 men and a van and £120/hour for 3 men and a van, each with a 2 hour minimum booking. Do you provide the van?

Yes. Every booking includes a suitable, well-maintained van along with furniture blankets, straps and trolleys. You don't need to hire anything separately.

We take reasonable care with everything we handle — wrapping furniture, securing loads and using the right equipment. Even so, moving carries risks and occasionally things can go wrong. Any claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our booking terms and any cover in place at the time of your move. We don't promise specific compensation amounts in advance; please contact us as soon as possible if there's a problem so we can look into it properly.

Do I need to arrange parking?

Where possible, yes. Reserved or permit parking close to both properties makes the move faster and cheaper, since less time is spent carrying items. If parking is restricted, let us know in advance and we'll plan around it. Any permits or suspensions are usually the customer's responsibility to arrange.
