2. Information we collect. Name, contact details, collection and delivery addresses, move dates and any information you share about your belongings or the move.

3. How we use it. To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, deliver your move, take payment, and communicate with you about your booking. We may also send you occasional service updates.

4. Legal basis. We process your data to perform our contract with you and, where relevant, based on our legitimate interest in running our business and communicating with customers.

5. Sharing. We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, insurers) as necessary to deliver our service, and where legally required.

6. Retention. We keep quote enquiries for up to 12 months, and booking records for up to 7 years for accounting and insurance purposes.

7. Your rights. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies. Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies without consent.
